Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if they are received damaged, defective or significantly different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be unused, in its original condition and accompanied by its original packaging and accessories.

Return Request

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact Purseia as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and relevant photographs or information.

Product Condition

Products returned to Purseia should be unused and maintained in the condition in which they were delivered. Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, Purseia will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method used for the original purchase, subject to processing timelines of the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, damage caused by the customer or other applicable conditions. Any such restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Exchanges

Exchanges, where available, will depend on product availability and the applicable return conditions.

Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved because the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Purseia may provide appropriate assistance regarding return shipping.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has already been dispatched.
